Saute the sausages with little oil

Take a slice of bread and cut the circle from the centre

In a pan heat a tsp of oil place the cut bread crack the egg in the centre and cover the pan for 5 minutes or till egg cook completely

Toast the other bread slice.

Now assembled the sandwich and enjoy with a hot cup of Tea
