Steps

Soak moong dal overnight

Chop all veggies

Grind moong dal with ginger, green chillies and mix all veggies in it add besan or rice flour, salt

Spread on tawa, sprinkle chopped green coriander leaves
- 5
Change the side cut into quarters and put butter in between let it cook for 5 minutes

Serve it with sauce and gunpowder
