Ingredients

  5. 2chopped garlic cloves
  6. 1 inchChopped ginger
  7. 1/2Chopped veggies capsicum
  8. 1 cupcabbage
  9. 1onions
  10. 1carrot
  11. 2 tsptomato sauces
  12. 2 tspsoya sauces
  13. to taste Chilli sauce
  14. 1 tspPepper powder

Cooking Instructions

    1 Firstly, in a large vessel take 8 cup water, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp salt.

    2 Once the water comes to a boil, add 2 packet of noodles.

  3. 3

    Drain off the noodles and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Keep aside.

  4. 4

    In a large wok heat oil and add garlic, chilli, ginger and onion.

  5. 5

    Stir fry on high flame.

  6. 6

    Now add onion, capsicum, cabbage, carrot,. stir fry until the vegetables shrink slightly.

  7. 7

    Further add chilli sauce, soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt and pepper powder.

    Stir fry until the sauces well combine.

  9. 9

    Ready to serve.
