Veg. Hakka noodles
Steps

First boil the noodles and drain out in big plate and spread 1 tsp oil on it and mix well. Set aside.

Heat oil in a kadhai on medium flame. Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds.

Add spring onion, capsicum, cabbage and carrot.

Stir-fry vegetables until they are cooked but still crunchy for approx. 2-minutes over high flame.

Add soy sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato ketch up, black pepper powder, noodles masala and mix well. If needed add pinch of salt.

Mix all the ingredients well and cook for another 2 minutes.

Now, add the boiled noodles and mix gentaly.

Toss until noodles are evenly coated with sauces and vegetables for approx. 1-minute.

Turn off flame and transfer it to serving plate.

Serve it with dry manchurian or any soup of your choice. I specially like it to eat with manchurian...it's best combination.
