Ingredients

  1. 500gmPaneer
  2. 2Onion
  3. 3Tomatoes
  4. 150 gmsGreen peas
  5. 50gmCapsicum1
  6. 150gmsFrench beans
  7. 1inch,Ginger
  8. 8- 9 garlic
  9. 2- 3green chillies
  10. as required coriander make paste
  11. 2 tbspGhee
  12. 2Tejpatta
  13. 1small stick, dalchini
  14. 2-3 cloves
  15. 6 blackpepper
  16. 2cupsRice
  17. 2tbspgaram masala
  18. 1 tbspTurmeric powder
  19. 1Maggi veg cube

Cooking Instructions

    Wash rice and keep aside to strain

  2. 2

    Cut onion and all vegetables keep aside

  3. 3

    In a cooker take 2tbsp gheeheat it put bay leaf, dalchini, clove, blackpepper

  4. 4

    After spattering add cut onions fry it

  5. 5

    When onion is golden brown add green masala paste it for few secs

  6. 6

    After this add gram masala and haldi fry it for few secs

  7. 7

    Then add all the cut vegetables mix it properly and cook it for two mins

  8. 8

    When vegetables are cooked add paneer cubes fry for few secs and let it get cooked for few mins

  9. 9

    After this add tomatoes puree mix it and add Maggi cube

  10. 10

    After this add rice and mix it properly and add water for two cups 1and half glass of water close the cooker and after 2whistles turn off the gas.

    Pander pulav is ready to serve
