In a pot,put oil,sabut garam masalas. Once they pop,add onions and fry until light brown.

Now add tomatoes, bhun lein and add spices, ginger garlic paste,cook for sometime and add 1 cup water..

Once the masala is well cooked,add the pre soaked Maash daal,add 1/2 cup water and let it cook on slow flame until water dries and daal is fully cooked.

Garnish with ginger,fresh coriander and garam Masala powder.

Serve with chapati.
