  • 9 tbspsake ☆
  • 9/4 tbspsoy sauce ☆
  • 3/2 tspsugar ☆
  • 1pinch×3 solt ☆
  • 150 gground pork
  • 3 tspstarch powder
  • 3 tspwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Pare Japanese radish thickly,slice into pieces about 2.5cm thick and plane off the corners.

    Add thickness While adding starch powder beaten with water.

    Serve Japanese radish in bowl and pour soboro sauce of pork to it. That's it!
