Boil milk. Dilute cornflour and Gms powder in 1/4cup milk.and Add in milk. Add sugar mix well. Stir on a slow flame for 7-8min. Turn off flame. Let it cool at room temp. And set in a freezer for 10-12 hrs. In airtight container. The base is ready.

Now chopped dragon fruit and churn to make a puree. Take in a pan add 1tsp. Sugar and cook 3-4min on slow flame. The puree is ready. Let it cool.

Now Take a base in a big vessel add milk powder and churn add. Dragon fruit puree and churn for 7-8min. And transfer in airtight containers. set in a freezer for 12-15 hrs.

Yummy delicious Dragon fruit ice cream is ready to serve.
