Wash, peel and cut tomatoes, ginger.

Now take a pan add 1 tbsp oil heat them then a saute whole garam masalas for a second then add tomatoes, spinach, cheese, salt and Kashmiri red chili powder in the pan and sauté then add 1/2 cup water in a pan and boil for 5-10 mins.

Now let it cool down after then cooling grind and drain to the masala.

Now heat the same pan add 1 tbsp oil heat it then add drain masala in the pan and cook the masala for 4-5 min.

Cut paneer in square shape and add in masala mix it then add fresh cream in paneer and cook for 4-5 mins.

Shahi paneer is ready for the serve garnish with some fresh cream and serve.
