To make Rabdi, In a pan boil milk and add milk powder

Keep the flame low to medium and continue stirring occasionally to avoid lumps till it start thickening.

Add sugar and food colour. Mix thoroughly. If yellow food colour is not available, you may use one pinch of turmeric powder.

You may avoid adding yellow colour if like white Ras malai. This is optional.

Rabdi should be of thick but of little flowing consistency. Switch off flame now. Add cardamom powder and mix thoroughly. Rabdi is ready. Cool the rabdi in freezer for quick cooling.

Remove bread corners. Use cookie cutter to cut small pieces of bread (brown/ white) whichever is available.

You can use any glass for bread cutting if cookie cutter is not available.

Add breads in rabdi only while serving as they would turn soggy.

To serve chill- keep one bread round slice in a bowl and pour some rabdi on top of it. Garnish with chopped dryfruits of your choice and Enjoy.
