Steps

In a mixing bowl soak poha for 2-3 minutes unitil it softens. Then drain off the water.

Add sugar and salt to soaked poha and mix gently.

In a kadai, heat oil and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and peanuts.

Further add onion and green chillies to it and saute well.

When onion shrink slightly add turmeric powder and red chilli powder.

Then add soaked poha and mix gently. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Finally poha is ready garnish with coriander leaves and add lemon juice to it
