Grind oats in mixer to make oats flour.

In a bowl take all three types of flours mentioned

Add cumin seeds and purée to it
Add curd and give a nice mix to form a smooth batter. - 4
If you want can add chopped onions too.
Now keep the batter aside for 10-15 min - 5
Heat a non-stick tawa. Grease with oil.

Pour a big serving spoon of prepared batter.
Spread in circular motion but not too big as a dosa. - 7
Sprinkle little oil. Cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.

Flip and cook it for another 2-3 minutes or till done.

Take it out in a plate and serve hot with tomato ketchup or any chutney of your liking.
