First of all wash the lady fingers. cut it in long strips and take a cooker and oil heat it. now fry it in oil

Take a bowl Wash moong dal, tur dal and rice.

Soak it for 10 minutes

Take a cooker add 3 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp cumin seeds.

Add 1 chopled onion, 1 chopped tomato..

Now add cauliflower, 1 chopped potato and fry lady fingers and mix it well..

Add 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp turmeric powder..

Add soaked tur dal rice and mokng dal..

Pour 2 glass water..

Pressure cook the khichdi for 3-4 whistles on a medium flame.

For tadka- take a little pan add 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp cumin seeds and 1 tsp red chilli powder.

Now pour tadka on dal add coriander and spring onion for garnishing..

Vegetables tadka khichdi ready to serve...
