Soak moong dal and grind it to a smooth paste.

Add all the chopped veggies to it with curd.

Prepare tadka. Heat oil, add rai and heeng followed by both dals, ginger and curry leaves.

Pour this tadka to dal batter. Mix well. Add eno and salt. Grease the moulds and steam for 30 mins.

Serve in any time of the day with any dip or chutney of your choice.
