I didn't think I would like it -- sounds kind of weird -- potato chips, cheese, and hash browns? Well I am here to tell you that its actually very good. Will definitely please the cheese lovers. However, keep in mind this meal is not calorie conscious.

Ingredients

15 minutes
4 to 6 servings
  1. 1 packagespiral noodles
  2. 1 jargarlic alfredo
  3. 1small bag of regular lays potato chips
  4. 1 packagesoftened plain cream cheese
  5. 1 packagecheddar cheese
  6. 8-10hash brown patties
  7. 3 dashesgarlic salt

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

Boil the un cooked pasta on the oven until it is mostly cooked (not soggy). I added a dash of regular salt and vegetable oil to the boiling water to keep the noodles from sticking together (but this part is optional).

  2. 2

Drain noodles. Place the pot with the noodles back on the burner you used. Add the cream cheese, alfredo sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, and garlic salt. The heat from the burner should melt the cheeses together. Make sure you stir to combine all the ingredients together well!

  3. 3

In a large cooking pan cover the bottom of the pan with the hash brown patties.

  4. 4

Place the noodle mixture on top of the hash brown patties. Bake in oven for 15 minutes on 400 °F.

  5. 5

Once the timer goes off take the casserole out of the oven. Top with crumbled chips.

  6. 6

    Serve while hot.

I have a deathly food allergy to the vegetable peppers 🌶. I constantly have to "modify" recipes to suit my allergy needs. My recipes will never include peppers -- however, you may add them when you feel its necessary.I love cooking with cheese and discovering new ways to enjoy cheese ( so don't be surprised by all the cheese recipes okay ).I hope you can find at least one recipe on my page that will make your day 🙂
