  • 2 lbPotato
  • 1 ozMilk
  • 1 cupUnsalted butter
  • 1Salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 packagesShredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tspBasil
  • 1 tspOregano
  • 2Tomatoes

Steps

    Boil and peel potatoes

  2. 2

    Mash potatoes in a large bowl

  3. 3

    Add in bowl salt and pepper to taste as well as butter and milk

  4. 4

    Mix well

  5. 5

    Smooth out a layer of mashed potato in oven safe dish

  6. 6

    Slice tomatoes and place some on top of potatoes

  7. 7

    Add shredded mozzarella cheese

  8. 8

    Repeat steps until all ingredients are used
