Steps

Boil rice, keep it aside.

Blanch spinach and chop it finely.

Mix it with half of parmesan and processed Cheese and make small dumplings.

Now prepare white sauce (bechamel) with milk, white roux, and remaining cheese.

Then mix white sauce with boiled rice, add seasoning and make round medium sized dumplings.

Stuff dumplings with spinch cheese balls at the centre.

Crumb rice dumplings with bread crumbs

Deep fry it in hot oil until golden brown.

Serve it hot garnished with parsley and bell peppers.
