Peel and cut the potatoes into wedges. Wash them properly and keep aside

Heat a kadhai and add mustard oil. Add jeera to. When jeera splutter add onion and saute for 4-5 mins. Now add green and red chilli and stir for a while. Now add potato wedges and saute for 2 mins.

After that add salt and cook for 2 mins. Now add garam masala powder, dry mango powder and cooked until potatoes are cooked. At last add coriander leaves and serve with roti or parantha.
