Now heat oil in cooker, fry cashews and almonds.

Further add onion cook till golden brown, now add tomato, potato green chillies and ginger and saute for 2 to 3 times.

Further add spices and saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add curd and rice and water and mix well and close the lid of cooker and cook till 2 whistle.

Now curd pulav is ready to serve.
