Wash moong and udad dal and soak it in water for 2 hrs

After grind both the dal adding spinach green chill ginger garlic cloves in it make a fine mixture by adding some water just like regular idli batter

Take a mixture into a pot add grated lauki carrot salt red chilli powder coriander powder onion astifodeia sauf coriander and mix it well

For tadka add oil into the pan heat the pan add mustard seed and allow it till crackles all the seed then add curry leaves lemon juice and sugar turn off the flame

Add tadka into the idli batter then add baking soda into it mix it well and cook the idli for 20 min

Serve hot with chutney and sauce
