It is all time favourite sweet but usually prepared in festival time .
Diwali is not complete without sweet specially ghughara.
Ghughara is tasty and sweet receipe made with suji, maida , sugar, ghee , dry fruits and dry coconut.

For dough : take a plate or bowl add plain flour, ghee and water & knead medium soft dough. Rest it for 25 minutes.

For stuffing : take a pan and add ghee, once it is melted completely add suji, You have to continuously mix suji around 20 minutes till suji's color is changed to light brown.after that add dry coconut powder.

Once stuffing is completely turn it to room temperature or cool then add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and chopped dryfruit like almond, cashews, pistachios, raisins, chironji etc. And mix it well.

For preparing ghughara : take a small portion of dough and roll round shape medium thick puri, fill the studding in center. And tightly fold it.

Cover all the corners. You can use mould machine or hand to give proper shape.

For frying : take a pan add oil once it is turning to hot then fry all the ghughara.

And ghughara is ready. Enjoy.
