Mix floor, jeera ajwain a bit of salt and baking soda. Make 6/8 dough

Put it in OTG/ oven till it gets brown. Please do not let it burn. Room temperature.

Shallow fry all the dough in 200 ml. Ghee! Grind two dough in mixie by adding little cardamom seeds, jaggery. Sorte the mixture in little ghee. Enjoy with chana dal 200 gms pre cooked. Sorte with karri and Coriander leaves and green chillies.
