  • 2large potatoes
  • 1onion
  • 2 tspmustard oil
  • 1 tspjeera powder
  • to tastesalt and red chilli powder

    Boil potatoes

    Fry onion in mustard oil, add chilli, jeera powder and salt

  3. 3

    Your alu bhorta is ready. If you are a fish lover, add some pron with it. It gives you a different taste.
