Rice ko glass ke hisab se measure kar lein mery 3 glass bnty hn. Dho ke pani dal ke rakh lein.

Chicken ko dho ke 3 tbsp salt or ginger garlic garlic paste laga ke 10 minute ke liye marinate kar ke rakh lein

Pateely mein oil gram karein. Piyaz dal ke itna fri karein ke yh half white hon or half light golden hon.is mein sabat gram masala or chicken dal ke 5 minute tak fry karein

Ab is mein tomato or kali mirch powder add karein 2-3 ghoont pani ka cheenta lgaein or bhunen

Sath e sabz mirch b add kar dein. Jab oil nikal aey to is mein 4 and half galss water add karein or cover kar ke pakny rakh dein.

5 minute tak pani pakna start hojaey ga boil aany lagen gy. Ab is mein soaked rice ko achy se nichor ke dalen or achi tarah mix karein.

Jab half pani dry hojaey to namak taste karein. Kam lagy to thora or add karein

Pani almost dry ho jaey to isy dum py laga dein. Dhakan ke upar tawa rakh dein or 10-12 minute ke liye dum lgaen.

Flmae off karein or isy 2 minute baad Open karein. Achy se mix karein

Serving plate mein nikalen or raita + salad ke sath white chicken pulao enjoy karein
