Healthy salad with Turmeric dip
Steps

Mix the wheat flour, ajwain, ghee and salt and knead it into a dough. Make parathas out of this dough. Cut it into squares or traingles (like nachos)

Cut all the vegetables finely, and mix it with salt and lemon juice.

Mix curd, oil, turmeric powder and salt in a bowl.

Serve the parathas with salad and dip.
