Malai khurchan

Boil milk in a pan for 1 hour continuously stir the milk and collect the khurchan that gets stick to the sides of the pan.

After it gets half kg add sugar to the taste and continuously stir it till it gets thicker. Take approx 5 - 6 boils.

And put off the flame. And let it be cold.. and put it in the fridge for 5 to 6 hours.

Garnish with dryfruits and serve it cold
