Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled basmati rice
  2. 2 tbspoil
  3. 2 tspginger garlic paste
  4. 2 tspchili paste
  5. 1 tbspchopped onion
  6. 1 tbspchopped capsicum
  7. 1 tbspchopped carrot
  8. 2 tspchopped spring onion greens
  9. 2 tbspsezwan sauce
  10. 2 tspsoya sauce
  11. 1 tspvinegar
  12. 2 tspred chilli sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan

  2. 2

    Add ginger garlic and chili paste

  3. 3

    Add onion and cook for 2-3 min

  4. 4

    Add capsicum and carrot

  5. 5

    Mix well and add shezwan sauce soya sauce vinegar and chili sauce

  6. 6

    Add rice and mix well

  7. 7

    Add salt and mix well

  8. 8

    Serve hot with spring onion greens
