Pre-soak the free-range chicken breast in salt water for sous vide, then steam at low temperature for 18 minutes.

Cut the onion and bell peppers into pieces. Once the steamed chicken breast has cooled, cut it into pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir-fry the onion until soft, then add the bell peppers and stir-fry.

Push the onion and bell peppers to one side, add ketchup and sugar, then a little water, and cook until the sugar dissolves.

Add the chicken pieces and stir-fry all the ingredients together until the sauce thickens.
