Take all spices and crush it partially.

Take clay pot / kadhai add all chopped vegetables, koshala saga,crushed spices, grated coconut, jaggery, hing, salt and water mix it well and cook it for 15 minutes on medium flame.

After 15 minutes turn off the flame add desi ghee and cover a lid for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes koshala saga is ready to serve.
