  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1/2 TspCarrom seeds
  • As per tasteRed chilli powder
  • as requiredGaram masala

    Mix aata and all the ingredients into it.

  2. 2

    Warm milk is used to make puri soft. knead it properly and leave it aside for 15 mins.

  3. 3

    Deep fry in the kadai and enjoy delicious puris.
