Ingredients

1/2hour
4 peoples
  • 1/2 kgpotatoes (cut into slices)
  • 1/4 cupcooking oil
  • 1 bunchmethi leaves chopped
  • 3-4chopped green chillies
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1sliced onion

Steps

    In a pot heat oil

  2. 2

    Add sliced onion, fry till golden.

  3. 3

    Add sliced potatoes,chopped methi leaves,chopped green chillies and salt mix it and add half cup water.

  4. 4

    Cover and cook till potatoes get tender.

  5. 5

    Serve with chapati and achar
