Dry roast the suji until it looks little brown. Remove from pan otherwise it starts burning.

In a pan, take 1 tsp oil add urad and Chana dal, peas fry them add chopped tomato fry it till it is soft, if needed add water.

Add spice cook for 2 minutes, add roasted Suji and coat it well. Off the flame or lower the flame. Add an equal quantity of hot water, mix it until all water evaporates, sometimes it stick to pan due to high temperature. But stir it continuously to avoid lumps in it.
