Coconut jaggery burfi is a festival sweet prepared with only three ingredients. Thengai burfi is my favorite but I like jaggery coconut burfi more than the burfi with sugar. Try this delicious traditional sweet with a healthy alternative for this Diwali festival friends 😃😉

Coconut jaggery burfi is a festival sweet prepared with only three ingredients. Thengai burfi is my favorite but I like jaggery coconut burfi more than the burfi with sugar. Try this delicious traditional sweet with a healthy alternative for this Diwali festival friends 😃😉

Heat 1 spoon of ghee in a kadai. Add the grated coconut & saute for 2 minutes stirring continuously.

Dissolve jaggery with little water & filter it over the coconut. Cook until the entire mixture comes together or starts to leave the sides of the utensil. Finally add a spoon of ghee.

Spread on a ghee greased plate. Decorate with cashew nuts or any other nut of your choice. Cut into squares & enjoy 😉
