Wash the rice. Soak the rice in water for 5 minutes

Boil the rice and drain the water from the rice. Put them side

Take a pan. Put a big spoon of pure ghee. Roast dry fruits in the ghee put them aside. Add sugar in the ghee stir it till it deslove. Add rice in the pan. Mix them well

Next step make three portions of the rice. Leave one portion white. Add saffron milk in the second portion. Add pinch of green food colour in the third portion. Set three colour rice in a plate decorate with dry fruits. Khoya and chandi ka verk.
