Add oil to a pan. Then add salt and whole spices.

Fry for 1 minute. Then add water to it. Let the water start to boil.

Then add rice into boiling water.

Let the water dry on medium flame. Then cover the sauce pan with a lid and keep it on low flame for 5-8 minutes.
