First of all, chop all the vegetables finely. Boil the boneless chicken pieces adding salt, pepper n ginger garlic paste. Heat 2 tsp oil n add all the vegetables n saute well.

Add all the above mentioned spices n spring onions greens n mix well.

Now crush with hands the boiled chicken pieces or you can grind them. Add red chilli flakes and oragano. Mix with the vegetables well.

For outer layer, bind a semi soft dough of maida adding salt n carrom seeds and oil for moin. Now take small portion out of the dough n roll it thin into a circle. Now, trim the sides and make it rectangle or square.

Put the filling n roll it half a way. The cut long strips with knife. Don't cut until the edges now roll it carefully.

Now turn it in circular shape n join the ends.

Now, deep fry them in oil n serve hot with tomato ketchup.
