Ingredients

  1. 2 poundsscallops
  2. 1 cupfine buttered bread crumbs
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. to tastePepper
  5. 1 cupcream
  6. 3/4 cupchopped celery
  7. 2 tablespoonsgrated cheese (Parmesan preferred)

Cooking Instructions

    Wash scallops,drain,cover wit cold water,heat to boiling,drain. Cover a buttered baking dish with a thin layer of crumbs,then scallops and sprinkle with salt,pepper,and cheese. Repeat in layers. Add cream. Cover with crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees f., 30 minutes.
