makes 1.66C
  • 1 Ccashews
  • .75 Cnutritional yeast
  • .25 Coat flour
  • .25 CTapioca starch
  • 1 Tpaprika
  • 1 Tsugar
  • 2 tpowdered mustard
  • 2 tsalt
  • 2 tonion powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Process everything to a fine powder. Store at room temperature or in fridge.

  2. 2

    To use: Mix.33C of mix with 1C water or non dairy milk. Bring to a boil, then simmer 1min. Will coat 1C dry pasta (after being cooked). Can also be used (when heated with the 1C water) to make casseroles or gratins.
