Ingredients

1/2 cupflour
1 cupsugar
1/2 cupbutter melted
1/2 cupcocoa powder
2eggs
1 tspcoffee
2 tspvanilla essence
pinchsalt
3/4 tspbaking powder

In a large bowl whisk butter eggs vanilla essence and sugar

Mix all dry ingredients

Slowly add dry ingredients in your egg mixture

Add 1/2 milk if batter is thick

Grease a pan with butter paper

Bake for 15 minutes at 180 C

I baked in stove as my oven is out of work now a days. its very easy to bake in stove too preheat a big pateela put a stand in it.put your pan over your stand.

In double boiler add 3 tbsp butter and 3 tbsp icing sugar and 4 tbsp cocoa powder

Add 1 tbsp milk if its too thick
