  • 400 gmflour
  • 4eggs
  • 200 gmsugar
  • 200 gmmargarine/butter
  • 100 mlmilk or yoghurt
  • 50 gmCocoa
  • 1 tablespoonInstant coffee

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream the sugar and margarine

  2. 2

    Add eggs one at a time as you whisk

  3. 3

    Add half your self raising sieved flour,instant coffee and cocoa

  4. 4

    Add your milk/yoghurt

  5. 5

    Add the rest of your dry ingredients

  6. 6

    Bake until a skewer comes out clean
