Take pan add ghee and roast vermicelli for 5 mins on low to med flame

Roast coconut powder for 2 mins on low to med flame

Boil milk and stir continuously until it remains 1/4

Add sugar in the milk and stir continuously

Add vermicelli and dryfruits in milk and stir continuously for 2 mins

Grease a plate and shift the material on it

Garnish it with pistachios and cut into desired shape

Let it cool for 20 minutes

Our burfi is ready
