A very delicious, complete, and new recipe.

Fry the potato and eggplant slices in plenty of oil until golden, then set aside.

Cut the onions and tomatoes into thick rings and set aside.

Shape the kofta into medium-sized, thick patties.

Prepare the sauce by sautéing the minced garlic in 1 tablespoon of oil with the spices, then add the tomato sauce and cook until it thickens slightly.

In a suitable baking dish, layer the vegetables and kofta alternately, for example: potatoes, eggplant, kofta, tomato, onion, and repeat until all ingredients are used. Pour the sauce over the top and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

When the top is golden brown, serve hot with white rice or bread.
