Ingredients

  • 1 litreMilk
  • 3 spoonVinegar
  • as neededWheat flour (optional)
  • 250 gmSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil Milk and cool it 4,5 mins.

  2. 2

    Mix 3 spoon Vinegar spoon water.

  3. 3

    Add this into Milk to turn it into cheese.

  4. 4

    Add 1 spoon Wheat flour in this cheese and make it soft by rubbing with palms.

  5. 5

    Make small balls of this cheese.

  6. 6

    On Low Flame,
    Mix 250 gm Sugar (1 and half cup) into 3 to 4 glass of water. add cardamom powder for flavour (this is optional you can skip this)

  7. 7

    Boil these balls in this sugar mixture for 5 minutes. Balls will turn fluffy.

  8. 8

    Turn the sides of balls and again cook for 5 minutes.

  9. 9

    Turn of the gas, and let it cool for 5,6 hours.
