U should beat ur ground beans until it becomes fluffy, add little salt.

Heat ur enough oil in pan, wen hot deep ur boiled yam with spoon into d ground beans, coat each sides of th yam nd deep into it into d hot oil nd fry in a low heat. Serve with grind pepper
