In a bowl, add besan, salt, turmeric powder, and a pinch of garam masala and mix everything well.

Add water to the mixture and whisk till there are no lumps.

Add chopped tomatoes, onion, capsicum, green chili, and finely chopped coriander leaves and mix everything well and our batter is ready keep it aside.

Now heat a pan, add little bit oil and spread it, now take some batter and spread it in the pan in round shape & let it cook.

Flip it after 1 minute 30 seconds at low flame and let it cook for 2 more minutes and chilla is ready.
