  • 7Preboiled Potatoes
  • 2prefried onions
  • Powdered stinging nestle(thafai/thatha/hatha)- optional
  • Preboiled cereals of your choice(i used beans and soft maize)
  • Salt

    Add potatoes to a bowl and mash. Then add your cereals bits by bits to your liking. I added the powdered stinging nestle.

    Add your prefried onions and mix for better taste then serve with your preffered stew
