Steps

Take Suji and buttermilk and make a paste add salt and leave for 30 minutes.

Take a pan add oil onion saute for 2 min add ginger garlic paste add capsicum cook untill they are semi soft.

Add chopped tomatoes and all mentioned spices. Cook untill they start releasing oil it will take 8 10 min.

Take idli stand Grease with oil, add 1/4 tsp eno in 1 batch, add eno in batch and instantly pour on idli stand steam it for 15 minute check by fork if it comes out easily it means idli is ready.

Take out from. Stand cut into. 4 piece fry it by adding butter on pan untill it crispy.

Add this fried idli in masala coat it very well cook for 3 - 5 minutes, serve with ketchup
