Chop the cashews & almonds lightly roast them on low flame.

For peanuts I roasted them first and then removed the skin then I chopped them in a nut cutter.

Now in a thick bottom pan take sugar and heat it on low flame. Do not start mixing it. Once you see the sugar is melting from the sides slowly start stirring it.

Keep on stirring until the sugar melts completely. Do not over cook as this with change the taste of sugar and make it bitter. Once the sugar has melted add the ghee and mix quickly.

Now the sugar is perfectly ready and it's time to add the mixed nuts. Once you add the nuts turn off the flame and mix everything quickly.

Quickly grease a flat surface and pour the peanut mixture on it and spread it using a thick and greased rolling pin.

When its half cool use a greased knife and cut it in desired shape. Store it in a container only when it cools completely.
