Steps

First wash and soak all veggies in lukewarm water 10 minutes

After that cut all veggies and heat a kadahi fry all veggies and keep aside

Now once once again heat a kadahi add cumin seeds once it crackle add onion add tomato salt red chilli Garam Masala saute it well and now add all the veggies and saute it well garnish with coriander leaves and done

Note 👉 You can any veggies of your choice before making wash all veggies and soak in lukewarm water don't overboiled because we have to deep fry and after that also we have to cook in spices
