  • 1/2 bowlpaneer
  • 2bread slices
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 1 pinchBlack pepper
  • 1 tspGreen coriander
  • 2 tspOnion
  • 1 tspGhee

Steps

5 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl mix paneer, onion,salt,black pepper and green coriander

  2. 2

    Spread this mixture on a bread slice

  3. 3

    Cover it with another slice

  4. 4

    Heat nonstick pan

  5. 5

    Spread ghee

  6. 6

    Put sandwich on nonstick

  7. 7

    Cook both sides till golden brown

  8. 8

    Serve with tomato ketchup
